Boot Camp is for individuals with no prior Pilates experience who want to see results fast. Six classes over the course of two weeks, each class is one hour and forty-five minutes long. Basic movement principles central to Pilates will be covered.

"Training for the Gold Nugget Triathlon" Basic Clinic from Multisport Training of Alaska.
Lisa Keller coaches four different levels of training schedules - from beginner to advanced, providing workouts beyond the class days for the entire 12 weeks. All experience levels are welcome including women who have never done a triathlon. Classes will begin toward the end of February.
